The public procurement lawyer supports the Legal Support Team within the Contracts pillar of the Central Services department. This team consists of five lawyers. The lawyer combines legal knowledge with tailor-made advice, follows up on files and ensures the correct application of the legislation. The range of tasks includes, but is not limited to: ● Providing first-line legal support in the preparation, drafting and execution of government contracts; ● Carrying out legal review of documents such as specifications, award reports, settlements and other contractual documents; ● Provide proactive and reactive legal advice to colleagues and other internal stakeholders. ● Follow the relevant legislation and regulations and apply them correctly within the operation of AWV;
