Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Supplies for Fy 2027 Use

1) The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, through the NGA, the National Expenditure Program 20274 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-One Million One Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos and 75/100 Only (Php 181,171,282.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Supplies for FY 2027 Use. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2) The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project with the following line of items indicated in the technical specifications. Delivery of the Goods is required based on the Schedule of Requirements attached in the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Late bids shall not be accepted.8) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1.9) Bid opening shall be on November 17, 2026, 9:30 AM at 2nd Floor, Board Room, Main Building of Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center and it will also be done through video conferencing via Cisco Webex for those bidders who cannot attend the activity.
