Purchasing of medium-sized life-saving and fire-fighting vehicles The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 part of an average life-saving fire truck with increased road safety potential. The description of the subject-matter of the order (SOP) is set out in Annex No 1.2 to the TSO: (a) Part 2 Part 1 of an intermediate life-safety vehicle with increased power of road safety is supplied by the contracting authority The contracting entity offering the contract must meet all the requirements set out by the Contractor in Annex N 1.2. The contractant also requires that the object offered is a new factory and is ready to tender with all the applicable rules and regulations. The contract being awarded may order the contract to be submitted by the contractor in accordance with Article 25 (2) of the TSP, and if the contract being submitted is not completed, the contract may be submitted to the contractant in accordance to the terms of the two or more of the terms and conditions set out under Part 1 and Part 1 thereof, and the contract will be subject to a limitation of the number of the measures referred to in Part 1 or the number, if the tenderer is not satisfied with the requirements of Part 1 (b) of the present TSO, and, if any other part of the tender is not fulfilled, the tender may be considered by the tendering authority to the tender, if it is not to be satisfied in accordance the provisions of Part 2 of Part 8 of the provisions in this TSO.

The contract being awarded may order the contract to be submitted to the contractant in accordance with Article 25 (1) of the TSP, or the contract being submitted to a tenderer in accordance to the provisions of Part 1 or Part 1 thereof, and if the contract has not been submitted to an undertaking, the contract may be submitted by the contractor in accordance the terms of this Article, or if the tenderer intends to submit a single, or, if the two parts of the tender are not completed, the tender may be cancelled by the tendering authority, if it is not granted a single or, or all the measures specified in Part 1 and, if, in accordance and the provisions in Part 8 of the present TSO, are not applicable, if they are not specified in the TSA, and the tender or the tender is not applicable.
