It is intended to conclude a follow-up framework agreement for motor vehicle liability insurance for the company vehicles of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) - including the company vehicles of job centers/joint facilities to be insured through the BA. The total vehicle inventory consists of 1,464 vehicles as of January 1, 2026. The insurance coverage of the vehicle fleet should be transferred seamlessly from January 1, 2027 to the insurance company identified as part of this tender. A differentiation of the premium according to vehicle type, manufacturer, type, performance, weight, type of drive, type of use, no-claims classes or other risk characteristics is not permitted. The contribution offered is binding for the first two years of the contract and cannot be adjusted. A premium adjustment from the third year of the contract is only permitted based on the actual course of the damage. The service is awarded as a whole.
