ACORD – CADRU DE PRESTARE SERVICII DE COMUNICAŢII DE CONECTARE Level 2 primary and secondary connections (LOT 1) - CPV code 72318000-7, necessary for connecting user terminal points to the Special Telecommunications Service points of presence, will be procured. The procurement will materialize through the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 48 months, with all economic operators declared admitted following the application of the award criterion. The minimum and maximum quantities of Level 2 primary and secondary connections (LOT 1) estimated to be procured over the duration of the framework agreement are minimum 3,000 connections - maximum 16,000 connections. The minimum and maximum quantities of Level 2 primary and secondary connections estimated (LOT 1) to be procured under a single specific contract are minimum 1,500 connections - maximum 4,000 connections. The estimated value of the largest specific contract, determined based on the maximum estimated quantities to be procured under a single specific contract, specified above, is 2,522,545.20 euro excluding VAT for LOT 1. During the framework agreement, it is estimated that specific contracts will be awarded as follows: 36 specific contracts in 2024, 36 specific contracts in 2025, 28 specific contracts in 2026 and 30 specific contracts in 2027.
National interurban connections (LOT 2) - CPV code 72318000-7, necessary for connecting users terminal points to the Special Telecommunications Services points of presence, will be procured. The procurement will materialize through the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 48 months, with all economic operators declared admitted following the application of the award criterion. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of National interurban connections (LOT 2) to be procured over the duration of the framework agreement are minimum 1 connection - maximum 50 connections. The minimum and maximum quantities of National interurban connections (LOT 2) to be procured under a single subsequent contract are minimum 1 connection - maximum 13 connections. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract, determined based on the estimated maximum quantities to be procured under a single subsequent contract, specified above, is 78,000.00 euro excluding VAT for LOT 2. During the framework agreement, it is estimated that subsequent contracts will be awarded as follows: 1 subsequent contract in 2024, 1 subsequent contract in 2025, 1 subsequent contract in 2026 and 1 subsequent contract in 2027.
