Purchasing fuel via a multi-brand fuel card system

skeyes wishes to conclude a framework contract with a single successful bidder for the purchase of fuel for the vehicles in its fleet via a multi-brand fuel card system (i.e. a total of approximately 100 fuel cards). The contract will be awarded for a period of 4 years. The contract documents will provide for an annual termination clause.
