The investment involves the construction of 5 buildings for young people, superstructure and independent buildings, with a floor height and 4 floors and a flat rectangular shape, which involves: -Infrastructure: Foundation System: The foundation of the buildings will be in the form of a radius, 60 cm thick, made of C30/37 class concrete with independent bars of BST500C steel; Technical channel: It will be built under the quota of 0,00, in the shape of a rigid box of reinforced concrete. The walls of the channel will be 25 cm thicker. - Supra structure: - The resistance structure of the cage is made of thick concrete: monolitre of reinforce concrete thickness of reinfort concrete; 15 cm thickened concrete and monolitte plates (plates);- Roof: Type: carpentry; Material used: ecarised wood; - Installations: - Electrical installations: Electrical distribution boards; Electrical single-phase circuit boards, TN-S ground-attachment plant in accordance with Regulation I7; Safety lighting installations; Air-conditioning equipment; Sanitation plant; Hot water with cold water; Water heating and hot water supply; heating by means of a boiler and water heater shall be provided for 1000 litres of water.This type of solar panel is used in complex solar systems for hot water throughout the year and for supplying heating to homes in autumn, winter and spring; for the treatment of waste water from domestic hotspots; - the construction thermal installation will include a set of equipment for the production of the thermal agent and the preparation of domestic hot water, heating bodies, household appliances and equipment that will ensure that the consumer connects,- Land improvement - Interior improvement, external improvement and the construction of the frames, in accordance with the Technical Design and Implementation Details, Project No 471/2024 drawn up by SC CIVIL PROIECT SRL, an integral part of the award documentation. The estimated value to be offered is: 49,022,507,41 lei without VAT, composed as follows (according to the General Device): - 2,998,979,83 lei without tax Land improvements, - 204,571,19 lei without taxes Tools for the provision of utilities for the investment facility; - 4,851,239,259 lei without equipment and equipment; - 8,888,888 lei without TV equipment, TV equipment and TV equipment;-3.219.105,00 lei without VAT Utilities, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly; - 135.000,00 lei with no VAT ‡ Equipment; -262.171,32 lei without tax ‡ Construction and installation works related to the organisation of the works; - 91.759,96 lei without taxes ‡ Costs related to construction organisation (according to HG 907/2016). The various and unforeseen costs under Chapter 5.3 of the General Device amount to 4,557.664,25 lei without Tax.clarification/additional information shall be 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days by which clarification may be requested before the time limit for submissions of tendings/candidates: 20 days.
