Contract Description
Introduction of a dynamic purchasing system for small construction works - reconstruction of city apartments DNS - reconstruction of city apartments
The subject of the fulfillment of public contracts awarded in DNS is the execution of construction works during the reconstruction of city apartments owned by the contracting authority. The contracting authority currently owns approximately 480 apartments, while assuming their ongoing regular reconstruction, to the extent of approximately 15 apartments each year. In this context, the contracting authority registers four (4) basic type categories of apartments, for the reconstruction of which four (4) type project documentations are processed. The contracting authority stipulates that the renovation of the flats will take place within the framework of mini-tenders, where each individual mini-tender will include the reconstruction of one or more flats depending on their availability. The contracting authority assumes that each mini-tender will be implemented on the basis of a call according to § 141, paragraph 1 of the Act, while it will include relevant project documentation, a draft contract and more detailed information about the subject of a specific call, or mini tender. In the sense of § 139 paragraph 4 letter b) of the Act, the contracting authority informs that the implemented DNS is not divided into categories according to Section 138, Paragraph 1 of the Act.
