The subject of the procurement is the execution of repair works on non-structural elements on 200 multi-residential, residential-commercial and commercial buildings damaged in the earthquake, at unknown addresses, in the area of the City of Zagreb, as regulated by the Reconstruction Act and related regulations governing reconstruction, as well as regulations governing the performance of spatial planning and construction activities and any subsequent amendments and supplements to those regulations. The quantity of the subject of the procurement is indicative. The Contracting Authority may reduce or increase the number of buildings on which repair works on non-structural elements are to be carried out, depending on actual needs.
