Contract Description
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of retraining in accordance with Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended, for applicants and those interested in employment. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is internally divided into 16 parts. The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement according to § 131 et seq. ZZVZ to conduct retraining courses with one winning contractor for each individual part of the public contract. Pursuant to § 101, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ, suppliers may submit bids for one, several or all parts of a public contract. The detailed description of the subject of the public contract is detailed
