The estimated value includes the materials and equipment made available by DEO in the amount of: 16,850,754.47 lei without VAT The value of the funds that can be made available for the fulfillment of the purchase contract is 40,818,069.11 lei without VAT and it results as the difference between the estimated value and the value of the materials and equipment made available by Distributie Energie Oltenia SA. The estimated value does not include the value of miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. The amount of miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses, if necessary, cannot exceed 3% of the offered value. Materials and equipment made available by DEO are those mentioned in the award documentation/ specifications/ descriptive document.
