1. The subject of the order is comprehensive cleaning of office rooms and other rooms located at the Ordering Partys locations, along with the provision of additional services. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of contract execution are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 3. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the execution of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 §1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. 4. The type of activities related to the implementation of the contract, which concern the requirement to employ persons performing these activities during the performance of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship, the method of verifying the employment of these persons and the powers of the Ordering Party to control the contractors compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and the sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 1C to the SWZ. 5. The Ordering Party informs that if the submission of certificates issued by a specific conformity assessment body is required, the Ordering Party will also accept certificates issued by other equivalent conformity assessment bodies (than those issuing PZH certificates) or test reports carried out by this body and the manufacturers technical documentation, if a given contractor has neither access to the certificates or test reports nor the possibility of obtaining them in an appropriate time, unless this lack of access cannot be attributed to the given contractor. (Service Provider) and provided that the contractor (Service Provider) proves that the chemicals used meet the requirements related to the execution of the order. 6. Financing of the services will be provided by the European Union from the following funds: • Maintenance of workplaces for people carrying out commissioned tasks in the field of government administration, • Logistical service of the Office, • Technical Assistance European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 (ESF+), • Technical Assistance European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 (FST), • Network of Points European Information Funds for 2021-2027” 7.
