1. Order type: service. The subject of the contract is classified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary, CPV code: 66510000-8 - insurance services. 66511000-5 (life insurance services) 2. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts. Pursuant to Art. 805 of the Civil Code, through the insurance contract, the insurer undertakes, within the scope of the activities of its enterprise, to provide a specific benefit in the event of an accident provided for in the contract, and the policyholder undertakes to pay the premium. It is clear from the above that in a tender for insurance services, the contractors service will be the payment of compensation. Due to the current insurance history, loss ratio and to ensure the coherence of the Ordering Partys insurance program, the order was not divided into parts. A possible division of this order into lots would not increase access to the order for small and medium-sized enterprises, because SMEs do not conduct insurance activities, the commencement of which is conditional on meeting the conditions specified in the Act on Insurance and Reinsurance Activities and obtaining an appropriate permit. 3. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of using the option right. 5. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law.
