Contract Description
The subject of the order is the supply of network devices with after-sales service and software - divided into 5 parts. The Ordering Party declares that, as the data administrator and taking into account the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by it and guaranteeing proper protection of personal data transferred as part of the procedure. Detailed information clause from Art. 13 GDPR is included in the SWZ.
