1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design documentation based on the developed concept of land development at the railway and road crossing in Wilkszyn, including the Park & Ride parking lot. 2. The scope of the service includes: 1) development of comprehensive design documentation along with the required opinions, arrangements and decisions, including a valid building permit, ZRID decision, notification (depending on the requirements); 2) performing author's supervision for the duration and acceptance of construction works carried out on the basis of the prepared documentation
