The municipality of Ellerhoop (approx. 1,600 inhabitants, Rantzau district, Pinneberg district) is building a new MarktTreff as a municipal infrastructure project. The aim is to create basic supplies, services and a meeting point function for the village community. The aim is to build an economically viable MarktTreff Ellerhoop under municipal sponsorship with the three pillars: - I. Core business / basic services (24/7 food market, approx. 150 m²) - II. Supplementary services (café, wellness, dance school, office space, etc.) - III. Meeting point function (multifunctional room / DorfTreff, approx. 134 m², flexibly divisible) The new building will be built as an angular building on a community area east of the multifunctional center / fire station on Dorfstrasse. The development plan process (amendment to B-Plan 9 / F-Plan, parallel process) is ongoing. _____________________________________________________ Please read the attached documents carefully and, if anything is unclear, use the opportunity to ask bidder questions.
