The subject of the order under separate item No. 2 includes the delivery of 3 (three) electric passenger buses, 8+1 local, complying with Ordinance No. H-21 of 19.12.2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles, as well as providing warranty (service) service for the delivered electric passenger buses during the warranty period. Warranty (service) service refers to the required periodic maintenance of electric passenger buses (different from the removal of defects at the contractors expense during the warranty period) - oil changes, filters, battery tests, software updates, etc., which should be available in order for the manufacturers warranty liability to apply. The description, characteristics and requirements for electric passenger buses are specified in the Technical and Quantitative Specification. The subject of the order does not include the registration of the electric passenger buses with the traffic police.
