The subject of the order is the delivery of the Back up system, the Tele-CTG system - mobile devices, and the visual and voice communication system with the patient, divided into 3 parts. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019. PZP, (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) - hereinafter referred to as PZP, in the form of an open tender with an estimated value exceeding the EU thresholds (Article 132 of the PZP) based on Art. 138 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law.
