Contract Description
The facade of the high-rise "Building 3408" of the Leibniz University of Hannover (LUH) on the Appelstrasse 9a is to be renovated. The existing facade construction, consisting of all-round window strips and masonry parapets covered with asbestos-containing fiber cement panels as well as maintenance balconies in front, is in serious disrepair. This is to protect against falling parts of the facade High-rise building currently encased in a safety net. As part of the facade renovation, the roof will also be renovated. The ground floor, which is currently used as a foyer and cafeteria, is to be closed
