Contract Description
Procurement of natural gas energy for joint AKs within the framework of a dynamic procurement system (DBR). Quantity according to the contract to be concluded based on this procurement (planned quantity, basic quantity): 1st part: 4,252,124 kWh 2nd part: 4,252,124 kWh of the Kbt. Quantitative deviation according to § 58, paragraph (1): 25% of the basic quantity, i.e. in total 1st part: 5,315,155 kWh 2nd part: 5,315,155 kWh The individual joint ACs conclude a contract with the winning AT separately.
