The city of Königswinter intends to dismantle the existing gymnasium on the property "Auf dem Schnitzenbusch 7" in the district of Oberdollendorf, Oberdollendorf district, parcel 3071 and then build a new gymnasium with an OGS area. The reinforced concrete floor slab of the existing gymnasium as well as the gymnastics hall located directly next to the gymnasium will be retained. The new building will be constructed using timber frame construction. A flat roof forms the upper end of the building. On the upper floor, in addition to the air space of the sports hall, there is a canteen and the classrooms of the OGS extension. The property is located in a mature residential area of ​​Oberdollendorf. There are parking bays along the “Auf dem Schnitzenbusch” access road, which must generally be kept clear during construction work. The adjacent parking bays can be kept free for special transport movements in consultation with the city of Königswinter. The sidewalk in the schoolyard access area can be driven over, but must be protected. Required access and parking areas for rescue vehicles and fire brigade vehicles must be kept clear at all times.
