Republic of the PhilippinesLOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GINGOOGBIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEEGingoog CityInvitation to Bid for PROCUREMENT OF BRAND NEW TIRES FOR TRUCKS, WHEEL TYPE EXCAVATOR & FORKLIFT UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 30-2026-09-23681)The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the Repair & Maintenance of Heavy Equipment (TIRES CY-2026) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (PhP 2,673,320.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2)2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)3)3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.4)Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat Office and inspect the Bidding Documents thereat from 9:00am-4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays up to the last day of submission of the bidding requirements.5)A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00).6)The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 03, 2026, 10:00 a.m. at Bids and Awards Committee Office, Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental, which shall be open to prospective bidders.7)Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at Bids and Awards Committee Office. Late bids shall not be accepted.8)All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1.9)9.
