Pakiet nr 8 Iksekizumab B 47. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ – Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy. The transport of all medicinal products will be in accordance with the requirements provided for in current documentsconfirming the admission of the subject of the order to trading and use in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws 2026.612, consolidated text of May 2026) and the RegulationMinister of Health of October 22, 2022. on the basic conditions for running a pharmacy (Journal of Laws 2025.1579) as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 172025 amending the regulation on the basic conditions for running a pharmacy. The ordering party has the right to inspect the means of transport in which medicinal products are transportedthe presence of a record of the temperature in the transport chamber, the presence of platforms on which boxes with medicinal products are transported. If transportation requirements are not metprovided for in the current documents confirming the admission of the subject of the order to trading provided for in the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws 2026.612, consolidated text of2026/05/07), the Ordering Party has the right to refuse to accept them and inform the Contractor about the fact. The Contractor provides transport adapted to the Ordering Partys infrastructure.
