Contract Description
The fulfillment of the order consists in the execution of an extension of a single-storey building with a rectangular floor plan with a hipped roof. The construction solution is based on the technical and structural solution of the existing building. Only during the foundation, a different foundation method was chosen, taking into account the routing of the hot water and water pipes at the site of the extension. In this case, a complete replacement of the unsupportable top soil under the base plate was not possible - it could cause the existing building to settle and encroach on the neighboring land. The facades will be provided with a thin layer of plaster on a certified insulation system. The roof sheathing will be a folded sheet metal covering. Exterior window and door panels will be plastic in white with insulating double-glazed glazing. The garage door will be sectional.
