Romania – Mobile-telephone services – Framework agreement for mobile phone services (voice and data) and mobile internet services, for all M.A.I units

The initiation and running of the procurement procedure will be carried out through the joint association of several contracting authorities, according to the provisions of art. 44 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement. The contracting authority acquires, on the basis of a framework agreement, mobile phone services (voice and data) and mobile internet services, for all M.A.I. units. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, only once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers for clarifications
