The General Secretariat of the Department of Economic Affairs (VD) of the Canton of St. Gallen, on behalf of the Office for Economic Affairs and Employment (AWA), is seeking the most advantageous offer with this open tender procedure in the area covered by the State Treaty. The tender is aimed at obtaining a specialist application for the completion of the labour market and providing the services associated with the design, provision, commissioning and deployment of the solution. The provider will provide the specialist application as software-as-a-service (SaaS) for a fixed period of 5 years. The solution is to be introduced productively by April 2027.The Commission has also decided to apply for a new contract.
