SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES, SEMI EXPENDABLE MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT AND SEMI EXPENDABLE FURNITURE & FIXTURES FOR VICE MAYOR'S OFFICE AND SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OFFICE-LGU POLILLO QUEZON1) The Municipality of Polillo through the Approved Budget 2026 (General Fund) approved by the Sangguniang Bayan of LGU Polillo intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos Only (Php 523,235.00) being the approved budget for the Contract SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES, SEMI EXPENDABLE MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT AND SEMI EXPENDABLE FURNITURE & FIXTURES FOR VICE MAYOR'S OFFICE AND SANGGUNIANG OFFICE-LGU POLILLO QUEZON to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES, SEMI EXPENDABLE MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT AND SEMI EXPENDABLE FURNITURE & FIXTURES FOR VICE MAYOR'S OFFICE AND SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OFFICE-LGU POLILLO QUEZON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Polillo now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES, SEMI EXPENDABLE MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT AND SEMI EXPENDABLE FURNITURE & FIXTURES FOR VICE MAYOR'S OFFICE AND SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OFFICE-LGU POLILLO QUEZON using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
