Romania – Prisoner-transport vehicles – The purchase of 16- and 22-seater transport vehicles for persons deprived of their liberty for 36 months

The organizing contracting authority, respectively the Supply, Management and Repairs Base, will conclude framework agreements for the supply of 16- and 22-seater special transport vehicles for inmates with a capacity of 16 and 22 seats, for a period of 36 months, with a single economic operator, and the subsequent contracts will be concluded and carried out by the beneficiary penitentiary units within the framework according to Annex 1 attached to the specifications. The subsequent contracts will be concluded, as a rule, quarterly, with the economic operator signatory of the framework agreement for the goods of nature
