Framework agreement for the purchase of mobile devices, accessories and related services

Voorkempen Police Zone, as a purchasing center within the meaning of Article 2, 6°, a) of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016, wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement for the purchase of mobile devices (GSM, smartphones, tablets) and accessories whereby the Buying Entities and/or their employees can order via an associated online ordering platform and where appropriate professional services and service before and after sales are provided, so that the Buying Entities be relieved of the purchasing, delivery and service process of mobile devices and accessories. The solution offered includes: - Provision of an online Choose Your Own Device platform with which (employees of the) Customer Entities can choose and purchase a mobile device (mobile phone/smartphone/tablet) and accessories at a competitive price (competitive prices that follow market prices), whereby part of the purchase amount can be paid by the Customer Entity (fixed budget made available by the Customer Entity) and part by the employee if the purchase exceeds that budget exceeds; - Sale and supply of mobile devices (GSM/smartphone/tablet): the Tenderers draw up a list of devices that can be supplied and supported (Devices Offer List), which includes at least the devices listed in the inventory of the Specifications (Devices Reference List) and is limited to devices controlled by Android and iOS. Based on the Device Offer List, the Customer Entities individually determine which devices are actually offered to the employee within the online platform. This supply can be limited on demand; - Sale and supply of accessories: the Tenderers draw up a list of accessories that can be supplied and supported for the devices from the Devices Offer List (Accessories Offer List). This must be at least as listed in the specifications
