The subject of the public contract is the selection of the manufacturer of SO 01 Polyfunkční dům modifications to the newly created polyfunctional house with integrated civil equipment, where non-residential spaces (commercial spaces, dental offices, dispensing of medicines, services) will be located in 1.NP and housing spaces will be found on the 2nd floor. SO02 Communications and parking spaces Within the fortified areas, complete construction and plantation modifications will be required to the building site. Existing parking capacity is currently insufficient. There are only 5 places in the building, 4 more in the bay front.The main access communication will be 200x200-paved. SO 03 The initial outdoor areas and terrain layouts The service paths will be made of 200x-200 concrete tile, paved with pavement contours. The terrain will be re-shaped and watered. IO 01 Outdoor rain drainage Currently the surface of the roof and adjacent areas is being taken to the nearby Olbramovic stream.The existing sewage piping connection, DN 200, terminated in the repair shaft, is terminated before the object. The sewerage water from the entire facility will be gravitationally drawn into this connection, only the sewering of the existing dental office will be left to the existing drainage. IO 03 Water piping The new pipe from the PE100 d50 pipe will be laid on the same route as the original area piping.The new gas meter is proposed to be moved to a new gas-measuring cabinet. IO 05 Electricity line connection NN On the outer façade of the building is installed the existing connecting cabinet NN R720201 of E.on Distribution connected by a cable link to the distribution cable network NN. The size of the connection is sufficient. Due to the age of this cabinet, this cabin E.one will be replaced by a new one on the basis of an investors request. The existing connection will be maintained and protected during construction work.The nine apartments are designed with a separate flat-pressure ventilation system with a ground-floor recovery unit. The units and accessories are specified by functional and technical requirements without the designation of a manufacturer or a trade mark. Air is supplied to the living rooms and drained from the kitchen, bathroom and separate toilets.
