Subject to public procurement: for the transmission of 11,342,431 kWh of natural gas energy in accordance with (or equivalent to) the gas quality requirements set out in Standard MSZ 1648:2016 from 6:00 a.m. on 1 October 2026 to 06:00 a,m. in the period from 1 October 2027, i.e. for gas 2026/2027 (volume of public procurements). During the duration of the contract, the amount of natural Gas energy may differ in a positive direction from the quantity set out herein, by +20% (option) by the fact that, under Decision 1711/2015 (X.5.) Korm., the consumption locations may change during the contract and/or the contractual period to which the Applicant reserves the right to take account, subject to the possibility of amendment of Paragraph 141 (4) of the Contract,The quantity of procurement contained in the invitation to tender (11,342,431 kWh) may vary with the change in consumption points as follows. The contracting authority informs the economic operators concerned that if all the exercise of ownership of publicly owned property not necessary for the performance of the contract is to be returned in accordance with Decision No 1711/2015. (X.5.) The decision of March 2015 concludes that the quantity to be procured must be reduced by the quantities of consumption for the period of the period for which the contracting entity is not required in the table forming part of the technical description of the site (which may be the site 1016 Budapest, Naphegy Square 8)The tenderer must state in the tender the involvement of the contact person. The designation of each site and the consumption data and the detailed requirements for performance are contained in the procurement documents. The Merchant is also responsible for the obligation to bind the suppliers capacity to the tenderer.
