4-year framework agreement - Purchase of paint of different colors (white, red, black, yellow, gray and thinner-based primer) and specific thinner, for the maintenance of traffic safety elements on the SDN 1-5+SAS A range. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates will be 20 days. B. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160-161 of Law no. 98/2016 The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A., will make AC unable to provide an answer within the term mentioned in point B. and as a result any request for clarification in the mentioned terms will be considered LATE.
