The subject of the public contract is continuous, irregularly recurring supplies of specified medical gases in quantities and packaging according to the needs of the contracting authority. The contract includes the rental of a liquid oxygen tank with a capacity of 10,000 liters, pressure cylinders and related services, in particular the performance of mandatory gas quality testing. All connection and attachment of the reservoir and pressure cylinders must be fully compatible with the existing equipment of the hospital without any modification. In the event that the tenderer's offer involves any modifications or changes, they will be made by the participant at the participant's expense.
