The department of transport and main roads - mackay and whitsunday district invites suppliers to register their interest in a two stage procurement for tot26495 - supply and install of intelligent transport systems & electrical equipment (its&e).
stage 1 - expression of interest (this tender)
submissions received at tender close of stage 1 will be evaluated based on the non-price evaluation criteria and notified shortlisted suppliers will form a contractor registration list (crl). this will form the master agreement which will be under mic-co terms and conditions.
stage 2 - engage shortlisted suppliers via a request for quote (rfq) (or similar) for work packages with site specific scopes. each work package will have separate commencement and completion dates.
a pre-lodgement tender meeting will be held on tuesday, 20 october 2026 at 10am. please register your interest via return email to et_procurement@tmr.qld.gov.au by 19 october 2026 at 2.00pm. the meeting will be done via teams.
