Medical equipment maintenance services The following information is provided by the manufacturer:
The contracting authority shall require the subject-matter of the contract to be executed on the basis of the terms and conditions specified in the contracts. The proposed provisions of the public procurement contract to enter into the contract shall be annexes to the SPS Information on the Foreseen Contracts, on which the offers referred to in Article 214 UST 1 Paragraph 7 and 8 are to be awarded, unless the contracting authorities have the right to weigh the contract. The contractant shall not provide for the award of the criteria referred to at Article 214, paragraph 1, point 7, of the SPACE. The tenderers shall not specify the tendering conditions referred to under Article 214.
