Contract Description
Creation of a geometric plan for the division of plot No. 935/1 of the Soběšice district into two separate plots according to graphic attachment No. 1 Location – Malinová. As part of the GP, the part under the existing container stand (dimensions 1.8 m x 8 m) will be separated, which will be left in the property of SMB from the part of the land with an area of 183 m² intended for sale, see graphic attachment No. 1. Part of the GP will also be defined as an easement for the company Technical Networks of the City of Brno, a joint-stock company with regard to the management of the VO, the mast of the VO including a protective zone on the part of the land intended for sale, and all this in connection with the registered statement of the company Technical Networks Brno, a joint-stock company dated 20.02.2025, see attachment no. 2.
