1. The subject of the order is the Service of Data Processing Centers together with all the required features described in Annex No. 1 Description of the subject of the order. 2. The service will be provided to maintain the continuity of operation and availability of the system (physical/virtual/network problems), including: 1) Service of: a) IT equipment - service of IT equipment (servers, network devices and data storage devices) used to provide services provided by the IT Department of the Lower Silesian Provincial Branch of the National Health Fund, b) power supply system - service of the emergency power supply system (consisting of, among others, power generators, devices UPS of electrical installations of RSZA switchboards) and service of electrical switchboards c) security systems - service of CDP security systems, including physical security systems, SWWiN, fire protection, VESDA, BMS, CCTV and securing a safe working environment for IT devices - precision air conditioning system. 2) troubleshooting, 3) fuel delivery to power generators.
