1. Task No. 2 - Upholstery products 2. Deadline for completing the subject of the order: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract 3. In this tender procedure, when evaluating offers, the Ordering Party will apply the procedure specified in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. The Ordering Party requires the submission of the following pieces of evidence: Task 2 - Upholstery products Samples: 1 piece from each item Documents: • product label (the Ordering Party requires the submission of a label, but the Ordering Party will consider it sufficient if the label is on a product sample); • current safety data sheet for the offered product; • instructions for use/information card (technical information) of the offered product issued by the manufacturer
