Description & Project Overview
The subject of the procurement process is the audit of the consolidated/annual financial statements for the STADT UND LAND group for the year 2027 and optionally for the following years 2028 to 2030. This includes the companies in which STADT UND LAND is a shareholder (see service description as part of the tender documents). The following mandatory services must be provided, among others: • Audit of the annual financial statements including the consolidated financial statements and the combined group management report (§§ 316 ff. HGB) for the 2027 financial year; optional for 2028 to 2030 • extended testing
