Croatia – Energy-management services – Provision of energy services for the purpose of improving the energy efficiency of the Kutina Sports Center Building, Hrvatskih branitelja 8, Kutina within the framework of the Project "Energy renovation of public sector buildings by contracting energy services"

The subject of procurement is the provision of energy services to the Client (User) by the energy service provider (selected bidder, hereinafter referred to as the Provider) for the purpose of improving the energy efficiency of the Building, which implies achieving and maintaining a guaranteed level of energy efficiency, i.e. guaranteed energy savings to which the Provider undertakes with its offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) in relation to the reference values ​​listed in the attachment (Annex 2 - Reference values).
