Norway – Endoscopy, endosurgery devices – 78089 UL MED GAS Mobile endoscopy rack - Intention notice

Oslo University Hospital HF (OUS) intends to enter into a contract with Mediq Norway AS for the purchase of a mobile, complete endoscopic rack for the Gastro-medical department at Ullevål. A total of 1 unit, with an option for naturally accompanying components for the department. The equipment shall mainly be used for advanced endoscopic resection in the gastrointestinal tractus; specifically to endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). In addition it may be necessary to use other endoscopes for other use, if this would be appropriate. Mediq Norway AS is, according to OUS, only possible supplier of this type of equipment in the market as of now and the terms in the public procurement regulations § 13-4 letter b no. 2 are considered fulfilled. Objections to this voluntary ex ante transparency notice must be made in the communication module in Mercell, at the latest 10 days after publication.
