The amount representing sundry and unforeseen expenses in the value of 818,898.36 lei without VAT may be used in the event that expenses arise during the execution of the contract for works that do not present substantial modifications of the public procurement contract and with compliance with the applicable legal framework at that time. • Contract duration is 12 months. The procurement contract maintaining its validity until the date of completion of project implementation, respectively until the date of 31.12.2023. In case of extension of works execution or in case of extension of the implementation period of the financing contract related to this project, the duration of the service contract shall be extended accordingly, without other additional costs. • Term for execution of construction works: The term for execution of works, including site organization: maximum 12 months from the date of issuance of the order to commence works, but no later than 30.11.2023. • Warranty period granted for works: minimum 36 months (According to Technical Specifications) • Payment methods: Payment for execution of construction works is made after acceptance and signing by the beneficiary of the work statements, after finalization of all activities and requirements related to the intermediate result, stage defined as milestone or intermediate reference point. • Percentage for performance guarantee: according to Technical Specifications, 10% of the contract price, constituted under the conditions of the law.
