The scope of services includes construction site setup, earthworks, foundation work, reinforced concrete and waterproof concrete work including prefabricated and exposed concrete parts as well as drainage work, planning, delivery and assembly of the wooden structure including wood-concrete composite ceilings, cross-laminated timber ceilings and walls, glued laminated timber and solid timber structural components as well as the roof structure. Due to the inner-city location, there are special requirements for construction site logistics, crane and assembly concepts as well as protection and safety measures. Building dimensions: - Total length approx. 96m (basement + ground floor) - Total length approx. 74m (1st floor - top floor) - Building depth/width: approx. 10.5m - Building height: from basement: approx. 26.30m Six applicants with the highest overall points will be invited to submit an offer for the 2nd phase. In the event of a tie in total points, the draw will be decided, not any other criterion. This is a 2-step process! No offer needs to be submitted in the 1st stage (application).
