City of Vaasa / Talotoimi business institution is requesting bids for data model coordination of construction projects, inventory measurement and modeling service for construction projects, and visualization service for construction projects. The targets of the assignments covered by the framework agreement are data model coordination, inventory measurement and modeling service, inventory measurement and modeling service and visualization service for renovation and new construction projects aimed at public buildings owned by the city of Vaasa (e.g. buildings for education and training, culture, sports and youth activities, as well as office and commercial buildings) managed by Talotoimi business. A maximum of three (3) contractual partners will be selected for each sub-area in order of priority. The assignment description and operation during the contract period are described in Appendices 1-3 of the request for tenders. The contract period is three (3) years. The contract period begins with the signing of the contract and ends three years after the contract is signed. The subscriber reserves the right to extend the contract for one (1) option year starting from the end of the actual contract period. The use of the option year is notified no later than three months before the end of the actual contract period.
