The subject of the order is the provision of expert services supporting the implementation of the project Civic Education for Change - Development and implementation of innovative methodological and teaching solutions in the field of civic education. The contract will be implemented as part of the predefined project Civic Education for Change - Development and implementation of innovative methodological and teaching solutions in the field of civic education, financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2021-2028, as part of the Local Development Program, for which the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy serves as the Program Operator. The project partner is the European Wergeland Center (Norway). The Ordering Party plans to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of 20 Contractors whose offers will be rated highest on the basis of the criteria specified in Chapter XIX of the ToR from among the offers that cannot be rejected submitted in response to the contract notice, and then award execution orders pursuant to Art. 314 section 1 point 1 of the Act on Public Procurement.
