Subject of the specific order: Conducting a road safety audit at the Technical design stage for a site: Development of a technical design and PUP - Plot plan for the construction of the Kermen road interchange at approximate km 261+408 of the Trakia highway (intersection with road III-6601 (district of Sliven - Nova Zagora) - Rechitsa - Kermen - Skalitsa). The purpose of the public procurement is to appoint a contractor and conclude a specific contract for its implementation. *Note: A detailed description of the subject of the public procurement is presented in the Task for conducting a road safety audit at the Technical design stage for the site: Development of a technical design and PUP - Plot plan for the construction of the Kermen road interchange at approximate km 261+408 of the Trakia highway (intersection with road III-6601 (op. Sliven - Nova Zagora) - Rechitsa - Kermen – Skalitsa) - (Appendix A), appendix to the Public Procurement Invitation! 2. Procedure and conditions for the execution of the specific order: 2.1. The Contracting Authority assigns, and the Contractor agrees to provide, for a fee, and under the terms of the Contract, the following services: 1. Conducting a road safety audit at the Technical design stage for a site: Preparation of a technical design and PUP - Plot plan for the construction of the Kermen road interchange at approximate km 261+408 of the Trakia highway (intersection with road III-6601 (op. Sliven – Nova Zagora) – Rechitsa – Kermen – Skalitsa).; 2. Holding an introductory and closing meeting between representatives of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor under the Contract; 3. Preparation and presentation of a Preliminary Audit Report; 4. Preparation and presentation of a Final Audit Report containing the results of the independent, detailed, systematic technical safety check of the design characteristics of the road infrastructure as a result of the road safety audit of the site/project by the Republican Road Network (RPM) at the relevant stage of the investment process; 5. Acquaintance with the subject of the Agreement; site visit; carrying out additional activities related to the drafting of the Contract, not mentioned in its description, but related to its quality performance, for which the Contractor will not have any claims against the Employer; 6. All other activities necessary for the implementation of the subject of the Agreement, referred to as Services for short.
