Romania – Glass ampoules – ”Achizitie consumabile de laborator ”

Through this purchase, laboratory consumables (consumables for the extraction system) will be purchased for the Regional Water Quality Laboratories of Bacău, Cluj, Mureș, Râmnicu Vâlcea and the Bucharest National Water Quality Laboratory belonging to the "Romanian Waters" National Administration, in accordance with the requirements and description in the related specifications. The acquisition takes place within the project "Development of a national laboratory to improve the monitoring of substances discharged into waters and the quality of drinking water", Stage II, financed under the PDD, SMIS code 322548. For the implementation of this project, the financing contract no. 110/09.10.2024 by the Ministry of the Environment, Waters and Forests as the leader, the Ministry of Health, identified as Partner 1 and the Romanian National Water Administration being identified as Partner 2. This purchase of products is resumed as a result of the cancellation of Lot II: Laboratory consumables lot II - consumables for the extraction system within the purchase initiated by the participation announcement CN1090522/11.03.2026 and completed by the Procedure Report related to lot II registered with no. ACZ/12314/29.04.2026 Any request for clarification must be sent to SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers".
