The Government of the Republic of Madagascar received funding from the World Bank to finance the PROJECT TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO DRINKING WATER “PAAEP” , and intends to use part of this credit to make payments for the contract relating to the supply cited in question. 2. The PAAEP-JIRAMA PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT (PAAEP-JIRAMA PMU) solicits closed offers from eligible bidders meeting the required qualifications for the supply of various equipment for promotional connections. The delivery time is Eight (08) months. 3. The procurement will be conducted by international competitive bidding using an Invitation to Tender as defined in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for Borrowers Requesting Investment Project Financing", 7th edition - September 2025, accessible at www.worldbank.org, and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in said Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process defined in the tender documents. The following weightings will apply to the Criteria rated: 3 0% for technical factors and factors other than price and 70% for the cost of the Offer. 5.
