The Sites of the Work are located at Springs Preserve Ticketing Building, 317 S Valley View Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89107. The Work consists of the renovation of the Ticketing Building restrooms at the Springs Preserve. The renovations will include the demolition and replacement of the restroom fixtures, toilet partitions, plumbing to alleviate unwanted odor issues, refinishing of wall, lighting (fixtures) upgrades, flooring upgrades, and ensure ADA-compliance.
