The subject of the performance is: The main subject of the public contract is the modernization of existing systems for the purpose of expanding services provided in the area of eHealth. The modernization will be based on the supported activities defined by Challenge No. 22 of the NPO: • Procurement of new or modification of existing information systems or their parts so as to improve the manner of keeping medical documentation enabling its interoperable exchange, sharing, secure storage and interpretation; • Implementation of data interfaces enabling standardized and interoperable exchange of medical documentation between providers via national or regional infrastructure connected to the national and European infrastructure; • Implementation of data interfaces to eHealth services, registers or central eGovernment services; • Ensuring online access for authorized persons to medical documentation through standard electronic interfaces, portals, mobile and web applications; • Implementation of subject identifiers pursuant to the Act on the Digitalization of Healthcare.
